With 30 years of experience in the automotive industry. Andrew's career started in his 20's on the dealership floor as a sales consultant achieving awards as a top salesperson. He was a Dealer Principal before the age of 30, before moving to Manufacturing. As Regional Sales Manager for Audi heading up Sales across the largest State selling 1000 Audis a month in a depressed economy of 20+% unemployment.
Upon immigrating to New Zealand he took a position with BMW as National Sales Manager during tenure he helped grow national sales up to 1600 a year which has never been achieved since outselling both Mercedes Benz and Audi combined!
He has followed his passion for training and coaching dealerships to achieve and exceed their financial and sales volume goals. His extensive experience and understanding of both the retail and manufacturing sectors, has enabled him to become a valuable automotive business coach and driver of sales through the development of Private Sales Events, the Appointment Drive and Management Mentoring Programme. His love of the sale drives him to constantly evolve.
